Welcome to Suminoir (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using the Service. By registering, signing in, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of these Terms.
1. About the Service
Suminoir is a node-canvas AI creation tool operating on a managed-membership model: the platform calls the underlying AI models on your behalf, and you use image generation, chat, and other features by spending credits — without holding any third-party model API keys yourself.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You need an account to use the Service and are responsible for all activity under it. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You must have full legal capacity, or the consent of a legal guardian.
3. Membership, Credits & Billing
Membership is billed monthly and grants a corresponding amount of credits each month. Credits are valid for the month and reset at month-end; they do not roll over or convert to cash. Each generation deducts credits based on the model and resolution used. During early access, membership is activated via redemption codes or manually; online payment arrives at launch. Per-model credit rates are shown live in the product.
4. Content Ownership & License
Content you generate with the Service is yours and may be used for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models. You are responsible for the legality of your prompts, uploaded assets, and outputs, and must not infringe others' intellectual property, likeness, or other lawful rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, false, or otherwise objectionable content, nor to farm credits, attack the system, or reverse-engineer it. Violations may result in restriction or termination of your account without refund.
6. Refund Policy
Consumed credits are non-refundable. For unused membership, contact us via the details below and we will handle it after verification. If your service is terminated for violating these Terms, fees paid are non-refundable.
7. Changes & Termination
We may adjust features, pricing, or credit rules as needed, with advance notice for material changes. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service relies on third-party AI models, and outputs are inherently uncertain; we make no warranty as to their accuracy or fitness for purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the Service.
